Kevin Feige Confirms Zoë Saldaña as Gamora

In the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, Kevin Feige confirmed that Zoë Saldaña (Star Trek, Avatar) has indeed joined the cast of Marvel's upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy movie. Speaking about her casting, Mr. Feige said this:

 "...audiences will respond to an alien Zoë Saldaña - because they did respond to that one time before [with Avatar]."
