First Look At GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY LEGO Set

The following picture was taken at the Nuremberg Toy Fair and it is our first look at one of the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy LEGO playsets. The set is called 'The Milano Spaceship Rescue' and it seems to picture Star-Lord and Gamora mini-figs, as well as The Guardians' ship! Check it out:

The New York Toy Fair is this weekend and I'm sure we'll be getting a better look at the sets then, as well as GOTG products from Hasbro. What do you think of the picture? What do you think 'The Milano Spaceship' is? Drop a comment below.

  1. Why are the Justice League there? They better not interfere with Star-Lord's badassery!

    2. Lol, Ah right. I thought they were a part of the picture on the box, hence my confusion lol. But still, the actually Lego set seems like a good indication of some epic space action, not to mention Peter using his rocket boots.

    1. Hol-ee shit! I never even noticed him. Well spotted, man. He looks freakin' great. I was hoping they'd keep his appearance close to the comics, and it looks like they've done exactly that. A bit hard to tell if he's wearing green or black, but fingers crossed for green. He still looks awesome.

    1. Under the spaceship, you can spot a blue and purple figure.

    2. I think I can see her, but FYI the thing right in the corner with what looks like a yellow belt isn't from the box. It's a Lego figure on display in front of it. The original photo was of a wider shot, and I think it was a part of a Thor display.

    3. ...I just know that I *will* own a Lego Rocket Raccoon. No ifs, ands, or buts about it, y'all.

  6. Lego boxes usually have a panel in the bottom corner that shows all the minifigs included - is that Drax between Riddler and Nightwing...?

    1. I'll probably get one for my desk too, since my wife would probably sneak it into the garbage if I brought it home.

  8. I am buying all 3 Guardians LEGO sets for sure. Should be about $120 for all of them. I collect LEGO Marvel stuff, mostly just minifigs though.
