Just when you think it's all over, they pull you right back in. That's what Zoe Saldana and Karen Gillan must be thinking today, as they rehearse their extended fight scene for Guardians of the Galaxy. Saldana and Gillan both posted the following picture, while mentioning additional shooting on Twitter.
Also, Firefly and Castle star, Nathan Fillion, was recently asked by a fan at Wizard World Comic Con, whether he had wished for a role in Guardians of the Galaxy. Fillion replied, "Wanting to get a part… or maybe did. I’m just saying maybe. Maybe you’ll be surprised. Maybe. Check the credits.” What sort of role would you like to see Fillion play? ReplyDeleteNathan Fillion is about 20 years to old to play 17 year old everyman teenager Richard Rider. I mean if they where going have an older actor play older Nova Prime Rider then why is Glenn Close playing some random Nova Recruit from the comics whose been made Nova Prime in the movie. Also Rhomann Dey is still alive.
DeleteCame here to also say Richard Rider. And if he is in the post-credits scene like he implies, that's further proof. Perhaps a Nova movie after all?

More fights with Nebula and Gamora. Hey, the more the merrier! But...will Karen have to shave again? Or will she simply have a very good baldcap, and no one will be the wiser? I mean, it's just an extra minute of footage, so no real need to shave again, right? Hey, if she wants to, I won't stop her.
He has the right personality for Richard Rider, but he's probably too old. It would be pretty crazy if he was straight up in there as Mal.
