Now that Guardians of the Galaxy is practically out of theaters now, we really haven't had much news about the film, and we still have a couple of years until the sequel is released. But the film will be hitting DVD and Blu-Ray at stores nationwide on December 9. So save the date, and check out some cover art below!

ReplyDeleteYeah, its a bummer. The last one that had a combo pack was Iron Man 3. Neither Thor 2 or Cap 2 did. Don't think we will be getting those anymore.
DeleteWonder what the DVD cover will look like? Captain America:TWS also did not have a Blu-Ray + DVD combo pack and it seems like the trend is going away. Looks like those of us who have no access to a BR player will have to settle for the bare bones DVD. Yeah, I am among those that buy the combo pack, in case we ever get a BR player or gaming console that plays BR discs. Also, I can do without the 3D gimmick.
ReplyDeleteI did the same thing, buying combo packs until I got a player a little while back. I got my Blu-ray player for fifty bucks or so at Costco. Its bare-bones, so no wi-fi features, but I can't afford a console right now. If you are a big movie person, having a Blu-ray player is a good investment, especially since it seems DVDs are on the way out.
