Guardians Film Crew Building 'Cockpit' in Parking Lot

Just a small filming update. According to Becky Middleton over @ GetSurrey, the Guardians of the Galaxy film crew are building a "25ft spacecraft cockpit" in parking lot number two of Shepperton Studios, where GOTG is currently filming. Apparently, work on the set began yesterday, Tuesday, August 27th.

 The "cockpit" is said to be measured at 25 x 15 ft. It is currently unknown what the set is being used for, whether it's the Guardians', Yondu's, or another character's ship.

    Wouldn't it be cool if the GotG had a ship like the Millinium Falcon? They need a ship with character.

      Star-Lord initially ran around the galaxy in Ship before (re-)forming the Guardians. See paragraph four here. If I'm not mistaken, Gunn's using Ship in the film.
