While this could possibly be the case, there are many cases where astronauts are trained underwater to simulate the zero-gravity of space. Since this film undoubtedly takes place in space, there is a large chance that this is merely Bautista training for a zero-gravity fight scene (how awesome would that be?). Either way, I do not think that this is Bautista in full makeup or costume, so technically this isn't our "first look" at Drax as many blogs have reported.
